Nicole joined TingleMerrett LLP as an associate in June 2007, prior to which she practiced as a corporate commercial
lawyer focusing on corporate finance transactions for both lenders and borrowers in the Calgary office national law firm.
In 2000, Nicole received her BA from the University of Calgary and then headed north where she obtained her LL.B. from the University of Alberta in 2004. Nicole was called to the bar in Alberta in 2005 and is a member of the Calgary Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Associate. Nicole's practice focuses on corporate securities, corporate finance (debt and equity securities), debt financing and security for both lenders and borrowers, Personal Property Security Act matters and corporate transactional law for a wide variety of clients.
In her spare time, Nicole likes to travel, having backpacked through Europe and Southeast Asia and most recently travelling to South America. Here in Calgary, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, going to the gym and spending time at the family cabin in Radium, B.C.
