Doug joined TingleMerrett LLP in January 2007. Before coming to TingleMerrett, Doug developed his general corporate
practice at a small commercial firm in Calgary. Doug assists and advises business clients in a number of areas,
including real estate matters, corporate reorganizations and other general commercial transactions.
Before graduating with distinction from the University of Alberta law school, Doug earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta and served as a product development manager at a large Canadian technology company.
Outside the office, Doug is a devoted dad and enjoys serving in a leadership role in his community. Doug also takes pleasure in playing as much golf and tennis as Calgary's climate allows.
