Corrine Fiesel is currently Of Counsel with Tingle Merrett. From 2000 to 2007 Corrine practiced in the area of securities and corporate finance with the local office of a national firm in Vancouver, British Columbia, and then with a prominent Calgary firm. She has worked with both private and public companies operating in a wide range of industries including oil and gas, mining, technology and biotechnology. Though most of Corrine’s public issuer clients have been listed on the TSX and TSX Venture Exchanges, she has also worked with companies listed on NASDAQ, the NYSE and AIM. In addition, Corrine has extensive experience working with underwriters in both public and private corporate finance transactions.

In the latter part of 2007 Corrine moved to the Cayman Islands to take a position with a multi-jurisdictional offshore law firm. While there, her experience was broadened to include international banking and corporate restructuring transactions for high profile multinational corporations in a variety of industries.

Corrine obtained both her Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) and law degrees at the University of Calgary, and has a Master of Laws, specialising in securities, from Osgoode Hall in Toronto. She keeps busy running after her two young sons and while not doing that enjoys the sport of triathlon.
