Corporate Securities Legal Assistant

 

Duties & Responsibilities

Update and revise a variety of documents

  • Maintain records of all client files
  • Edit, format, print and revise letters, memos, reports, forms, labels and other printed material
  • Open and close client files
  • Perform administrative and related duties as assigned

 

 

Knowledge, Qualities & Experience Required

  • Minimum of 2 year experience in a Legal Assistant position
  • Intermediate PC skills, particularly with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Able to handle a demanding position and high volume workload
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong attention to detail skills
  • High energy
  • Professionalism
  • Dedicated to providing quality service to clients
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal)
  • Able to remain productive within time-sensitive and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
